H. Bey-Buie Show Them The Way Academy is fueling the next generation of leaders. We are committed to leadership development by utilizing different tenants of leadership. Our youth service program goal is to restore and rebuild broken communities by showing the youth the way to success.

We provide a variety of programs such as AAU Football and Basketball Camps, Academic Enrichment Programs, and Computer Labs. The goal of these programs is to offer a variety of opportunities for the youth to be a part of. We believe that the more opportunities to connect in the interests of the youth, the higher probability of success we will have to establish relationships and create testimonies of success.

We are always looking for partners in our efforts to show the youth the way. Below are ways that you can help us to make a difference.

• Provide financial support: One of the most effective ways to help our youth services program is by providing financial support. Your  can donate money directly to a program or organization that supports youth services, or you could organize a fundraising campaign to encourage employees, customers, and other stakeholders to contribute.
• Volunteer your time: Another way to help is by volunteering your time. Your company could organize volunteer days where employees can work directly with young people, helping with things like mentoring, tutoring, or recreational activities.
• Provide resources: You can also provide resources that can benefit youth services programs. For example, you could donate office space, equipment, or supplies that the program may need. Your company could also provide access to expertise or professional services that could help the program achieve its goals.
